It wasn’t only the weather that made us full of the joy of spring today! We also handed over the second lift in one of our customer’s office buildings in Newcastle. The lifts had been operating independently but we now have a modernised pair operating as a duplex, which will handle the buildings traffic far more efficiently. We also took the opportunity to install a new sheave due to excessive wear and the ropes were replaced.
Working in tandem with our sister company, UK Facilities Management Ltd, we were able to make good the walls following new push button installations. This left the client with a fresh look to go with the new combined push units.
