UK Lift and Escalator Company are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a 3 year service agreement on a prestigious housing development in the heart of Leeds.

 

We were asked to tender the project by one of the leading property management companies in the UK. Once we had received the site details we attended site with our technical manager and carried out a comprehensive survey of the equipment so that we were able to submit the most cost effective price for lift maintenance.

 

We believe that it is imperative to attend site and carry out a survey of the equipment to ensure our costs are correct prior to submitting our tender – we don’t believe in just submitting the lowest figure in order to buy the maintenance work.

 

UK Lift and Escalator Company carry out traditional lift maintenance and this means we will not always be the cheapest option but it ensures we carry out the correct of the lifts at all times without any restrictions to our engineers time on site.

 

As part of this service agreement it will again see UK lift and Escalator Company removing OEM auto-dialler system and replacing them with our own open protocol communication device.

 

Following our lift maintenance visits, we provide all customers with a traffic light report on their equipment, detailing the items that require attention, either now or in the future. This allows the customer to plan ahead with regards to remedial works and budget for anything that may be required in the future.
