We have just completed the installation of a new 2 stop 410kg Platform Lift at a site in Derby which is located within the Midlands of the UK. We have worked closely with our client on this project as they required a full turn-key solution which included UK Lift and Escalator Company carrying out all builders works associated with the new platform lift installation.
We surveyed the lift with our own in house building services company, UK Facilities Management Company Ltd, who were able to handle all of the remedial work including removing a section of floor to allow the lift to be installed.
We ensured we started and completed our works on time, with the Platform Lift being installed within two days. The new building is on an existing site in Derby, so our lift was a good solution for providing disabled access to all floors.
