First Fix Policy
When we attend a lift repair, we always try and fix the fault on the first visit to site. If it’s not possible to repair the lift at that time, we will provide you with a quote to repair and return the lift in to service. Across these two visits (if required), our first fix policy is around 97%!
Engineers Qualifications
All of our engineers are NVQ Level 4 qualified – This means that they are adept at spotting faults and issues, and can ensure our first fix policy (above) is adhered to. The engineers high level of qualification also reduces the number of return visits to site to rectify the same problem, and above all, saves you money and hassle!
Where possible, we only use open protocol OEM quality parts for our lift repairs. This ensures that the client is not only getting good value for money, but also opens up the equipment to allow you to work with any service provider in future. As we have a network of UK distributors for our parts, we can often get your lift repaired and back in to service quicker than most of our rivals!!
Response Times
As our engineers are based locally across the UK, we can respond to all call outs rapidly. Our standard response times are one hour for an entrapment, and four hours for a routine breakdown, although we often attend much quicker than that. We also pride ourselves on communicating with our customers – If you place a call out with us, you will be kept updated every step of the way.
Engineers Experience
All of our engineers are extremely experienced, most of which have worked for some of the largest lift companies in the world! In addition to this, as we maintain a large number of lifts, they are experienced on working on all makes and models of lifts, from 10 ton goods lifts through to stair lifts, and everything in between! Our engineers receive regular training and tool box talks, allowing them to be at the cutting edge of the industry and provide our customers with a second to none service!!
