We offer a full, traditional maintenance service to all of our customers with dock levellers, lifts and escalators – This allows the engineers to spend more time on site, fully maintaining the equipment and checking every item thoroughly, as opposed to just quickly visually checking the equipment – This allows us to spot any problems before they cause downtime of the equipment. We also use open protocol parts (where possible) to allow the client to work with any service provider in future. Open protocol parts often are available more quickly too, reducing lead times and allowing us to reduce downtime of the equipment.
We have recently been awarded the lift and dock leveller maintenance contract for a prestigious site; Johnson Controls in Sunderland. Having visited site and met with the maintenance manager, discussed their needs and our service, we submitted competitive costs for the maintenance and we are delighted to be awarded this contract.
