UK Lift & Escalator Company are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a lift maintenance agreement for the passenger lifts at Okehampton Court and Bodmin Court in Gateshead. The contract was awarded by the Bernicia Group who are based in Ashington and are one of the largest property management and development organisations in the North East of England. We are very proud to continue to work with Bernicia Group who build, rent, sell and manage homes, provide estate and facilities management and specialist care and support services to over 50,000 customers in the region.
This lift maintenance agreement will see us once again offering our traditional lift maintenance contract for the passenger lifts on site, which I am sure will help cut down on call-outs and repairs. Our traditional lift service allows our highly qualified engineers to spend longer servicing each lift on site, which reduces potential call-outs or breakdowns. Our engineers have vast experience and knowledge of all types of lift equipment, which allows us to service or repair all types of lifts and escalators. We strongly believe at UK Lift & Escalator Company that if the right engineers spend the right amount of time on each lift, this reduces costs and problems for our customers. This helps us win repeat business from existing customers (like for Bernicia), resulting in an increase in turnover from a similar number of customers. We do not task our engineers with doing unrealistic amounts of service visits each day, as this cuts down on time on site and quality of workmanship. Along with our open protocol policy on parts and components and our first time fix policy on repairs, we believe we offer the highest level of service throughout the North and Midlands.
Following our lift maintenance visits, we provide all customers with a traffic light report on their equipment, detailing the items that require attention, either now or in the future. This allows the customer to plan ahead with regards to remedial works and budget for anything that may be required in the future.
Why not give us a call today to see how we can help? Whether it’s traditional lift maintenance, a lift repair, lift modernisation or refurbishment or even a new lift installation, we’d love to hear from you.
