UK Lift & Escalator Company are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a lift maintenance agreement for a passenger lift at an apartment block in Liverpool.
Following on from our free site survey; we were able to advise our client on the correct type of maintenance agreement that would be suitable for this particular lift.
After submitting our bespoke proposal to the client they were delighted as we had managed to save them financially against what they were previously paying as well as giving a level of maintenance cover ideal for their site.
This lift maintenance agreement will see us once again offering our traditional lift maintenance contract for the passenger lift on site, which will help cut down on call-outs and repairs.
Our traditional lift service allows our highly qualified engineers to spend longer servicing each lift on site, which reduces potential call-outs or breakdowns. Our engineers have vast experience and knowledge of all types of lift equipment, which allows us to service or repair all types of lifts and escalators.

Following our lift maintenance visits, we provide all customers with a traffic light report on their equipment, detailing the items that require attention, either now or in the future. This allows the customer to plan ahead with regards to remedial works and budget for anything that may be required in the future.
