Recently one of our customers contacted us because their lift was isolated due to a controller failure. The lift needed to be modernised and this was an urgent requirement as one of their staff require the lift as they’re unable to use the stairs. The refurbishment proposal had been discussed in the past, so luckily all information was on hand. Our engineering department pushed the button on manufacture, and resources were allocated. Within 7 days from the order, the lift was running with its new controller and ready for the rest of the modernisation works to be completed. Just over two weeks from instruction the lift was tested and back in service, a quick turnaround from an emergency situation which has resulted in another happy customer!
