UK Lift and Escalator were recently contacted by a self storage company who are looking to add a new lift to their building, as they’re expanding their building to offer more units and grow their business. As part of their growth they require lift access to the upper levels of their site and after looking at our website they contacted our office to see if we could help.
Following a call to our office we organised a site visit for a survey which was carried out by one of our Directors. We then sat down with the site owner to discuss all options available and give a recommendation on what was most suitable for site requirements and the requirement of their clients. Later that day we provided a quotation to the client who was very pleased with the quick turnaround of the site survey and quotation.
Just a few days later we were very pleased to hear that we’d won the order. The client was very happy with our service and we’d provided a significantly more cost effective option than what was expected. At UK Lift and Escalator we’re able to offer all sizes and loads to suit our clients requirements or the dimensions available on site, rather than having a standard range of lifts.
It’s standard procedure at UK Lift and Escalator that with all major projects where a site survey is required, our Directors take ownership of all project enquiries, proposals and offer a full project management service.
