UKLE are pleased to announce the recent award of the service and maintenance contract for the Explore York Library and Archive building. We were called by the client to explain that their lift had been isolated following a technical fault and they had been advised a new controller package was needed, which carried a price tag that was not too palatable!
After a visit from the management team of UKLE, and our technicians, we were able to recover one of the component parts, and get the lift back into action at a fraction of the cost.
We will now work with the customer to plan for the future, and ensure they are not left without a lift at the busiest time of the year!
