Today we successfully delivered a second modernisation project over to our client in Sunderland Royal Hospital. This modernisation was a follow up to its partner lift that served one extra floor, which we completed a number of months ago. This time we replaced the control system with a new Schneider control panel and fixtures, whilst replacing the door operator and the main hoisting machine and ropes.
MRL modernisation doesn’t need to be difficult if you plan properly. Our client was very happy and gave top scores on the satisfaction survey. Now our client has two reliable lifts to support the traffic in this busy hospital ward. 11.5 days on site start to finish, a fast response just like the users of the lift!
