UK Lift & Escalator Company Ltd are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a prestigious lift maintenance agreement for a college based in Yorkshire.
This lift maintenance agreement will see us maintaining a number of different units across the college portfolio, including passenger lifts, platform lifts, stair lifts and disabled hoists.
We were awarded this contract not just based on price, but also on the fantastic and somewhat unique service we can offer to the college.
As our engineers are highly competent and have the skill set to work on a wide variety of equipment, we were the ideal contractor to take on this diverse portfolio.
In addition to this, we will provide our traditional lift maintenance service to the college which allows the engineers to spend longer on site, therefore reducing call outs and breakdowns on the equipment, and increasing the uptime of the units.
This not only saves the college money, but also removes the inconvenience of having a lift which is constantly breaking down.
Following our lift maintenance visits, we provide all customers with a report on their equipment, detailing the items that require attention, either now or in the future. This allows the customer to plan ahead with regards to remedial works and budget for anything that may be required in the future.
