We recently secured the lift maintenance contract for a unit that had been troublesome for a client based in County Durham – After assessing the equipment in question, we discovered a number of parts had become warn and damaged, and this was causing excessive downtime to the lift and restricting disabled people from reaching the upper levels of the building. We carried our repair works to the equipment on site at the same time as our first traditional lift maintenance visit, and the lift has been running smoothly ever since.
