We are delighted that we have been chosen to work with The Arndale Centre, based in the North West of England, to help with their lift maintenance and repair for their equipment on site.
They currently have one goods lift on site that is critical to their day to day operations, and have taken out a fully comprehensive lift maintenance contract with us to maintain it.
The client was given the options of a standard lift maintenance contract which only includes PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits, or a fully comprehensive lift maintenance contract, which includes PPM visits and also all call outs, parts and labour across the three year term. The comprehensive lift maintenance contract does however, exclude major and obsolete components, and call outs relating to misuse, abuse and vandalism.
A comprehensive lift maintenance contract is a great way to control your spending on maintenance, as there are no additional costs (other than excluded items), so you can budget the spend more easily.
