UK Lift & Escalator Company Ltd are pleased to announce that we have secured a lift maintenance agreement with a prestigious further and higher education establishment based in the Midlands. Having completed the tender process, we are due to start providing our traditional lift maintenance service to them in August.
During the tender process, we provided not only the pricing for the number of lift maintenance visits they requested, but also a number of different options to allow them to choose the package that was most suited to the usage of the lifts on site.
After discussing their needs with them, the client decided upon four traditional lift maintenance visits per annum, which will reduce the need for call outs and breakdowns, and maximising the up-time of the lifts on site.
