Following a recent building upgrade on one of our clients properties, the builder had refreshed the internals, but left the lift until the end.
The cosmetics had been addressed so UK Lift and Escalator Ltd were asked for a sensible budget quick turnaround package to replace the controller, door gear and wiring.
This minimised further site disruption, whilst bringing far more stability to the lift service for the residents.
2 Weeks later, the lift was returned to service following a full clean-down, fully operational with improved levelling and ride quality.
This proves that budgets don’t have to be sky high for a premium service.
