Our team have now completed another lift modernisation project, this time for a new customer in Leeds. The enquiry came through our recently updated website.
We visited site to survey the lift and found that the best solution was to replace the heavily worn hydraulic ram, along with squaring up the car and replacing the shoes and rollers. A new Schneider controller package with fixtures, ALgi VVVF hydraulic tank and valve solution, a new door operator and safe edge system has completed a smooth and energy efficient upgrade to this lift.
With the new car fixtures and LED lighting, the finishing touch of new flooring has made the client very happy. This package has proven to deliver up to 60% savings in energy costs, and also meets the criteria for the carbon trust reclaim on the cost of the invertor due to the green improvement as a result of the investment.
