At UK Lift & Escalator Company we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible lift maintenance service to all of our customers, whether you have a single passenger lift or goods lift or a complex 4 car groups. All clients receive the same high level of service.
Using industry proven lift maintenance techniques; we reduce the instances in which your lift breaks down, ensuring we keep people flowing smoothly within your building.
Choosing the correct company to maintain your lift is essential to its trouble free operation.
With correct, regular maintenance, your lift can run for years with very little or no problems. Trying to save money by reducing the number of lift maintenance visits you receive is false economy and counterproductive as the lift equipment will likely breakdown and require the attendance of a lift engineer.
Utilising traditional lift maintenance methods, our engineers spend longer on site that some of our competitors, allowing them to take time maintaining the components on your lift.
On a lift maintenance visit, our engineers maintain every item possible, making adjustments and lubricating the necessary parts to keep your lift running smoothly.
Following our lift maintenance visits, we provide all customers with a report on their equipment, detailing the items that require attention, either now or in the future. This allows the customer to plan ahead with regards to remedial works and budget for anything that may be required in the future.
Our lift maintenance packages can be tailored to suit the customer’s requirements, ranging from two to twelve maintenance visits per annum, on a standard or comprehensive basis.
We can also accommodate any special access requirements, inductions and site specific instructions too.
Having experience of working on all makes and models and types of lifts, our engineers are perfectly equipped to deliver a high level of service to all of our customers across the UK – Although our Head Office is based in Sunderland, we also cover Newcastle, Northumberland, Teesside, County Durham as well as the whole of the North East, along with the regions of the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
