Today was the first handover of the year for one of our mod teams following a 9 day refurbishment programme. The key with this project was to recover the lift that had been out of use for a long period prior to our engagement. The building operates as a local church for the Hillsong Church Group supporting the community in the west end of Newcastle. The most cost effective package was needed to get the unit back to compliance and support them in serving the local community, and we were happy to be part of this local work as always.
Less than 2 working weeks after taking the lift out of service, the keys were handed over ready for the weekend!
