As a business, we pride ourselves on our communication with our customers. We feel that communication is extremely important, and our customers know the status of their lift at each and every stage. If they call in with a breakdown, they are informed of the estimated arrival time of the engineer. When the engineer arrives on site, if he can return the lift in to service without any parts, he will generally let the customer know whilst he is on site. If parts are required, this is communicated to the office and a timeline would be issued to the customer so they know exactly when the parts will arrive, when the engineer will be attending to carry out the repair, and also when they can expect the lift to be up and running again.

As we use open protocol lift parts, we are mostly able to source these from our UK network of distributors – We can source the majority of parts and have them delivered within 48 hours; reducing the downtime of your lift equipment.

We can also offer new lift modernisation and refurbishment packages, and new lift installations too. Our lift modernisation and refurbishment service is tailor made to each customer – Following a site visit and discussion with the client, we then source the highest quality parts and complete the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Dependent on the size of the lift, we can usually have these works completed within three working days.

Our new lift installations are of an extremely high quality, and we are able to supply goods lifts, passenger lifts, stair lifts, step lifts, service lifts and bespoke lifts. We can even provide you with a free consultancy service to ensure that you are getting the right kind of lift for the environment and usage.
